Gearfire Introduces Online Support Center for eCommerce and AXIS Point Of Sale Self-Help

Gearfire’s online presence recently received a facelift. And today, users of all Gearfire Services / Products are invited to explore our all new online Support Center!

If you have questions or need assistance with the functionality of Gearfire eCommerce or AXIS Point Of Sale, self-help options are available online, all in one place.

All active Gearfire customers using our eCommerce, Payments, AXIS Point of Sale or RetailBI products will be approved for a free account to access the online Support Center. Once your account is established, you can log in 24 / 7 / 365 for video tutorial and print resources. In order to maintain security and informational integrity, all new user accounts will be approved by the Gearfire Team.

Creating a user account for Gearfire’s online Support Center is easy! Simply follow this link, submit the New User Registration Form, and our associates will verify that you are a current Gearfire customer. Once verified, a confirmation email will be sent, allowing you access to the Support center.

User accounts for Gearfire’s online Support Center are unlimited, so any team member at your business may register for an account. It is advisable that all executives, employees and associates that use any of Gearfire’s services register for their own account.
