At Gearfire, customer service has been, and will remain, priority number 1. Please reference this post should you need help from our dedicated support team for all of Gearfire's services.

All Gearfire eCommerce users are assigned a dedicated Account Manager. When possible, please contact your assigned Account Manager by specific email address and/or phone number for the fastest service possible. For all other inquiries:

AXIS Point Of Sale users can contact the Support Team and the hours listed below. For holidays, support hours will vary, and all AXIS users will be notified of said hours via email communication.

All active Gearfire customers using our eCommerce, Payments, AXIS Point of Sale or RetailBI products will also be approved for a free account to access our online Support Center for self-help options. Once your account is established, you can log in 24 / 7 / 365 for video tutorial and print resources. In order to maintain security and informational integrity, all new user accounts will be approved by the Gearfire Team.
